Autobiography:
I am Linda van Heinsberg, born on January 30, 1972 in Oud-Beijerland. I started my working career as a sales secretary at a Taiwanese company and then worked as an account manager in internal logistics. Of which 7 years at Linde and then more than 16 years at Still with a lot of pleasure. In the meantime, I have also given gymnastics lessons to children and teenagers. Because I started to work more and more I had no time for teaching anymore. After a marriage, a long-term relationship, burn-out and the loss of my mother, I came across myself quite well .... I had to come from deep down but that only made me a 'richer' person. That is of course easy to talk afterwards and sounds very cliché, but it is still so ... And suddenly there was the love that I had not expected and so it nevertheless came ..... This made me realize what life is really about, the meaning of life. The small details ... happiness is in the small things ... And acceptance of who you are ... and opening up, no matter how scary this may be. Open up in the relationship in real connection and open up to new developments in my life. I have been doing yoga myself for quite some time and this has done me so well to see life in perspective and to find myself again. Because of that I came to a turning point, what do I really want in life and I have decided to change my course partly due to circumstances. So I started the training (Yin-Yang teacher training RYT-200) to become a yoga teacher. A versatile training, both physical and in-depth, therefore both Yin & Yang to know both sides of yoga and the yoga philosophy. Every year I do a follow up course, in 2022 it was a deepening in Yin Yoga (Meridian Nidra, Qi gong and Meditation). In yoga you can be who you are. Yoga is for everyone. The positions (asanas) serves you and not the other way around .... And that's how YogadeMar was born ..... Yoga for everyone to find yourself ..... in one of the most beautiful places in the Costa Brava to find deepness into yourself in complete acceptance and surrender .... just really finding yourself.

Experience:
My partner Tomas Collado Gastalver has more than 35 years of experience in tourism. His specialty is holidays combined with adventure sports (climbing, archery, climbing forest, tracking etc ...) and water sports (diving, snorkling, water skiing etc ...) further 2 beautiful beach restaurants (Beach Club and Mar Azul) with fair and delicious Mediterranean food from their own vegetable garden, mood food and a family restaurant with swimming pool. The apartments which have an amazing view over the sea have also been in the possession of the family business for years. With this dose of experience from my partner and my need to connect with people through yoga, meditation and workshops, we have developed a new company that fits into these hectic times to generate the ability to recruit people in an idyllic place to find themselves .....We would like to welcome you to YogadeMar.
